A: Yes, we offer 24/7 support and maintenance that is included in the installation package for the first year. Given the dependability and ease of use of Connect POS you will most probably not need our support services. Just ask our current clients.


Q: How often do you update the Connect POS software?

A: At least once a year. We always work to improve Connect software with the latest features and technology available and we offer all software updates to all our customers.
